"I’ve had car insurance since I was 19, and I’m almost 30 now. Out of every company I’ve dealt with, this State Farm agency—owned by Joe Sarrio—has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. My assigned agent was Christopher Wade. Once he got me into a policy, he completely disappeared. I sent multiple emails asking for a breakdown of charges and clear communication, and received no response. The only time he replied was when I said I planned to cancel. When I officially canceled, I told him directly: Let me know what I need to pay, because after that day, I wasn’t sending another dime. I meant that—and I have the email documentation to back it up. The first time I was hit with a surprise $400 bill, I was told Joe Sarrio would reach out to fix it. He never called. No one followed up. I let it go. Now here we are again—another $400 bill, with no communication, no explanation, and no responsibility taken by the agency. I’ve made every effort to work with them, ask questions, and resolve things respectfully. All of it has been ignored. This agency is completely unprofessional, unresponsive, and disorganized. They do not value their customers, and it’s clear they only care about collecting money—not actually providing service or support. I truly have no idea how this agency has good reviews. It must be from family and friends, because my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind, do not work with Christopher Wade or Joe Sarrio’s State Farm office. Go to any other agency that actually knows how to treat people with respect."
