"We have been with this agency for 6 years, have received very little support, get repeated calls for in person meetings that completely disregard the value of our time, and fail to ensure our interests are served. We have requested additional coverages and been told they aren’t offered in the area regardless of 57-7-130. They haven’t offered significant discounts despite no claims and safe driving records. Absolutely worthless as an agent. Our prior State Farm agent ran circles around this one."
